Hello and welcome to the website for Etsu Japanese Restaurant in Liverpool which opened its doors back in November 2007 after over 18 months in planning. With the help of our three highly trained Japanese chefs, who between them have over 70 years worth of experience, we aim to bring the best authentic Japanese food possible to Liverpool.We also have Japanese waiting staff who will be able to answer most queries regarding all Japan related questions from the food to the culture or even planning your very own trip to Japan.Etsu has a cosy and relaxed atmosphere with room for just 48 diners so be sure to book early to avoid any disappointment. We also have a large outside terrace for the warmer days and nights.
