The Museum is now an independent organisation and is supported by a Board of Trustees chaired by Roger Cooke.The Roman Frontier Gallery opened on Saturday 25th June 2011 and receives national and international interest. It promotes the western end of Hadrian’s Wall and describes Carlisle’s 400 years of Roman occupation. We are delighted to have a range of objects on loan from  the British Museum. Tullie House is now a British Museum Partnership Gallery.
