Whether you are a local or an artisan bread lover, this is your place to be.The bakery was born out of our passion for baking artisan bread for the local community. The ingredients we use are simple, and we are always keeping our eyes open to find the best available.Artisan bread does not means complicate, infact we use  just organic flour, water, salt and yeast, mainly sourdough and patience in order to give you the bread like it was used to taste.We are based in Twickenham, and if you do not live locally, you can easily find us in some Farmers Markets.Together with the bakery we opened The Refettorio, a place to meet friends and enjoy wood fired pizza.Come to see us at the bakery, we will help you find a bread that suits you!
